A few weeks ago we bought a Groupon for admission for two at the Museum of Ancient Life at Thanksgiving Point and tickets to a 3D science film in the Mammoth Screen Theater and two large popcorns all for $24! Even though we live very close to Thanksgiving Point neither one of us has been to the museum before. It was a really neat place and very hands on which is especially great for children!
They have one of the world's largest collections of mounted dinosaurs. We had a great time roaming around the museum! It's so crazy how many types and sizes there are of dinosaurs.
It was a great day date and both learned a lot and were in awe of their size!
They had a matching game where you had to match the skull to what animal or Dino it belonged to. We did pretty well not perfect. Some of them look a lot alike.
