The past 4 years have been such a roller-coaster! When you get married you accept each other as a package. Adam had to sacrifice not having his own children. I'm sure his life style would be a little different If could do more things outdoors (hiking, climbing, back-packing) those are things that he has had to do without me. When we were dating he knew all the "baggage" I came with. He knew that most likely we would not grow old together that most couples dream about. When I married Adam I knew he had no college education. I knew he suffered from depression. I knew all of the "baggage" he came with and yet we fell in love. Adam was everything I was looking for in a husband. He was kind, funny, smart and so much fun! We had an instant connection one that I could not deny! We skipped the being friends first part and went to exclusively dating each other and knew we wanted to seal the deal within days of meeting, that's how strong our connection was. I knew we had a strong relationship that could get through any challenge and trial that came our way. In the 4 years we have been married we have had highs, lows, disappointments and victories. We have been stronger than ever and to the brink of falling apart. We have made good decisions and bad decisions. Together we have been though job changes, job losses, moves, deaths and births. We have an amazing life surrounded by people we love and who love us. We have added the most precious puppies to our lives. We bought our dream home. We have been on amazing trips. We have great jobs. We have had dreams come true and dreams fall apart. We have celebrated the good times and learned from the bad. There have been many bumps some big some small, many laughs, many kisses, many tears, many "I Love You's.
We have both changed in ways I could have never seen coming. Our lifestyle has changed. Adam has changed his beliefs and mine have been turned upside down. Our perspectives on life while most are the same some have definitely shifted. While neither one of us is perfect and neither is our life we love each other to infinity and beyond.
Love you Honey!
Thanks the past 4 years..
