Normally I hate dislike McDonald's but I love there Bacon, Egg Cheese McGriddles. Most of you are probably gagging reading this I know Adam is..lol But McDonald's will always hold a special place in my heart because of Nala. I know that sounds weird...but let me explain. Ever since I have started getting breakfast there in the mornings, I always feed my bacon to Nala. It has become a routine. It has gotten to the point where Nala knows that when we go to McDonald's she is going to get bacon. Now that we have been doing that I don't even think twice I just instantly pull the bacon off and feed it to her. It's kind of our thing. I love the little things that although they may seem silly to most it's something I'll always remember about her and I know she loves it! She is the sweetest thing on the planet an I so lucky to have her in my life. Amidst all the chaos she is one thing that is constant and I know that she will love me no matter what. That to me is priceless!!

Memories...
Memories are things I hold close to my heart and almost every night as Adam and I drive home from work we see this in the distance.
It hit me the other day the last time Adam and I were in the Jordan River Temple together was our wedding day, almost 3 years ago. Now that we will not be going back there together for forever awhile those memories and feelings are even more special to me. I am afraid that one day I will forget what it was like being in the celestial room with the man I would soon marry. I am afraid that I will one day forget what it was like sitting there looking out to all the faces of people that loved us and shared that special moment with us. I am afraid that one day I will forget what it was like kneeling at the alter with Adam. I am afraid I will forget that the sealer could not pronounce Adam's middle name no matter how many times we will told him. I am afraid I will forget the moments we spent together before we being sealed. I have dozens of pictures from the day but they are not the moments that I hold the dearest. I have not been able to look at them since the day I got the news that brought my world crashing down. I have decided that I do not want that day to ever be a negative thing in my memory. Even though forever is not us anymore I still love that day and what it meant to me. I know Adam still loves that day. Here are some memories from that day that I want to share

I Heart You Day
This year for our Valentines celebration I made reservations at this yummy place:
we went there last year for Mr. C's birthday and I just had to go back and Valentine's was the perfect occasion to go for so we did!
After we got home we exchanged gifts. I got a queen size fleece heated blanket. It's amazing because our room tends to be on the cooler side at night so I just turn it on a little before bed and then when I climb in it all nice and toasty. I love it!!
I got Adam the movie Twister on BluRay, a light that hooks right onto his kindle and a really cool clock for his den that looks like this:
It's magnetic so you can change out the pictures where the numbers are. Oh and he got a box of Hot Tamales which he loves.
Tonight we will eat a heart shaped pizza from Papa Murphy's and have a smore dessert pizza and watch our favorite shows...thats what I call a great night! I love Mr.c and Vday!!

Marry Me= 3 years ago
Today marks the 3 year anniversary of when Adam proposed to me. It was a very exciting time in both our lives. We had found that one person we wanted to spend eternity lives with. We only had a few months to prepare for the big day and it was one of the happiest times in my life. I had no clue that in just three short years the one thing that I had wanted since I was a little girl that I thought would never come my way was now gone. If I could go back in time and change my answer I'm not sure I would have chosen the same path. I have to be honest with myself. When you marry someone trusting that they stand for the same thing and then that ends up being a lie its hard not to look back and wonder what would my path be then. I am human and as much as I am grateful for knowing the truth it still hurts as if I was hearing the news again for the first time. I do not want this to be a religion post as it seems to heading in that direction. I want this to be about Adam and I. We have had some of the highest highs together and that is what I want to focus on. I am so grateful for all of our highs we have experienced together. We have accomplished a lot in the time we have been married. We have created memories that will last a lifetime. Those are the things that no one can take away from us and things we talk about all the time. I love the bond that was formed on February 13, 2008 and now its being reformed and strengthened as the days go by. I hope that it continues to do so in the days to come. Love ya babe!!

You Might Be a [Redneck] if......
I don't know how many of you know that I'm a huge fan of Jeff Foxworthy and his whole You Might Be a Redneck if....things. I got a small desk calendar for Christmas I have been very bad at tearing off the days so since I am a month behind now I thought I would make a blog post and share with all of you, so....
You Might Be a Redneck if....
- The "Elvis theme" of your ceremony wasn't intentional.
- You hold a yard sale the day after every baby shower.
- The only authority figure you respect is Captain Morgan.
- You've deliberately killed a bug with a bottle rocket.
- Your lips are moving as your reading this.
- You only notice when the "check engine" light goes off.
- You think Xbox is where you keep your divorce papers.
- Your first words to your wife each morning are "got a light?"
- Starting your truck requires a big hill and a lot of luck.
- Your wedding ring changes colors when your happy.
- You think Myspace is the La-Z-boy next to the TV.
- Flushing your toilet requires both hands.
- You don't notice power outages.
- You've sent a fan letter to Chef Boyardee.
- You think a hybrid car is the half of a Camaro you welded to half of a Pinto.
- You taped WWF wrestling over your wedding video.
- Door-to-door salesman skip your door.
- There are always spent shotgun shell casings on your deck.
- Every time a car backfires you hit the deck.
- Your trailer park is home to at least one cult.
- Your kid's stuffed animals really are stuffed animals.
- You've ever tried on a bra at a yard sale.
- You've demolished a kitchen to catch a rat.
- Your "deck" is an abandoned flatbed trailer next to your home.
- Your church was towed to its current location.
- Going swimming means damming the creek.
- Your underwear is edible but your cooking isn't.
